The same residence on West Feemster that had experienced prowling activity in September 1973 again had a prowler on the premises. It appeared to be the same man that had approached the residence before.

This incident is missing one or more key pieces of the VR's MO and may not be related.

The residence next-door experienced a prowler. In this instance, the woman looked outside to see a man staring into her window. Upon being noticed, he ran back and appeared to jump over the fence. It's unknown whether these prowling incidents had anything to do with the incidents in September, or if they had anything to do with the Visalia Ransacker at all.

Suspect Description: He had a round, pale face and small eyes. She noted that he held a screwdriver in his left hand.
