Smashed a Sunday School pin and placed it near the fireplace where the photo had been (that he had stolen). The jar of cherries was found in the yard next-door

Removed some photos from a drawer -- investigators felt that he masturbated at the scene. The flashlight stolen at the residence was found two yards away several days after the murder of Claude Snelling.
