Shoe prints at prowling scenes and ransacking scenes all matched.

Suspect Description: White male, late twenties, "pudgy face," light brown hair. Some kind of mask was on his face, but hair was visible.

Stolen: Several cans of food, antique plates

Two step process to enter the home (first had to break into sunroom, then the house proper). Opened the curtains, turned down framed photos of the family. Ate and drank at the scene.

Stolen: Food, canned goods, large suitcase

House next-door had been ransacked a year prior.
