VR #008: Prowler

The residence next-door experienced a prowler. In this instance, the woman looked outside to see a man staring into her window. Upon being noticed, he ran back and appeared to jump over the fence. It's unknown whether these prowling incidents had anything to do with the incidents in September, or if they had anything to do with the Visalia Ransacker at all.

Suspect Description: He had a round, pale face and small eyes. She noted that he held a screwdriver in his left hand.
